Billing questions
How much Terra chat is included?
Up to 1,000 turns per billing month and 100 per day, with 2 requests at once. A turn includes your message, Terra's reply, and its tool rounds. Long conversations and images can reach fair-use limits sooner. We'll warn you near your monthly allowance and show a reset date if you reach a limit. Your server keeps running, billing and stats stay available, and there are no automatic overage charges.
How am I billed?
Subscriptions renew monthly at $14.99 through Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles all payment details.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from the Stripe customer portal (Manage billing in the app). No calls, no retention maze. Your server stays online until the end of your paid period.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled case-by-case — email hello@playdripstone.com and a human will sort it out. If we mess something up, we'll make it right.
Can I have more than one server?
Not yet. Soft launch is one server per subscription while we make the core experience great. Multi-server plans may come later.
Will the price go up?
If pricing ever changes, existing subscribers will be notified in advance and grandfathered terms will be honored for their current billing arrangement where possible.
